The Trutesta Client Portal serves as a comprehensive customer center specifically tailored for the Testing, Inspections, and Certification (TIC) industry. This portal features a suite of modules dedicated to providing clients with transparent access to all their Testing, Inspection, and Certification details. Designed to enhance client engagement, the portal fosters a self-service environment and consolidates all project communications into one streamlined channel.
Clients can leverage the portal to kick-start their testing and certification projects and efficiently manage requests for documentation, samples, and any inquiries that may arise.
Features
Project Requests
Trutesta Client - Requests is expertly crafted for self-service efficiency. This module empowers customers to independently request services such as testing, certification, or report revisions. It facilitates the process for customers to upload essential documents, document samples, answer queries, and complete necessary electronic forms.
Report Repository
Trutesta Client - Report Repository module allows customers to search and download deliverables issued to them. Report repository is tightly integrated with Trutesta Client Deliverables.

Report Access Controls
The registration process for the portal, which involves creating a portal account, also determines the legal entities that users under this account are permitted to access. An account may be linked to multiple legal entities, while a registered user might have access to none, some, or all of these entities. This level of access control is crucial for maintaining security, especially in scenarios involving report revisions. Users are restricted to selecting reports for revision that belong to the legal entities assigned to them.
Inspections
The Trutesta Client - Inspections module offers customers valuable insights into their factory inspections. This module enables clients to register their manufacturers, making them selectable in various requests. Clients can access both historical and upcoming inspections, with past inspections providing details such as key dates, the assigned inspector, photographs, detailed inspection reports, and any noted variances.
